Recipe Of The Wekk!!! Dill Mustard Potato Salad

Dill Mustard Potato Salad:
1/4 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
2 teaspoons chopped fresh dill
1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
3/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
pinch of celery seeds
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 pound red potatoes, scrubbed
1 stalk celery, finely diced
3 tablespoons finely diced red onion

Directions:
* Mix the sour cream, mayonnaise, mustard, dill, vinegar lemon juice, salt, sugar, garlic, celery seed, Worcestershire, and pepper in a large bowl. Simmer potatoes in salted water until fork tender. Peel and slice. Add to the sour cream mixture. Fold in the celery and onion. Adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper.

* Serve cold or refrigerate for up to 5 days

* serves four, potato salad goes will w/bbq chicken and grilled corn

Barbecued Salmon/Recipe Of The Week!!!!

Have a taste for Fish....Why not try barbecued salmon it's absolutely delicious I would eat salmon every night if it was up to me but hey Try this wonderful recipe w/your favorite sides and let me know what your thoughts are. Here is the RECIPE OF THE WEEK!!!!

1 1/2 pounds salmon fillet or steak
2/3 cup (packed) brown sugar
The juice of one lemon or lime
1/4 cup soy sauce (you can also use lite soy sauce)
2 sticks butter or margarine
4 lemon wedges

*Cut the salmon into 4 equal fillets or steaks. leave the skin on.

*Place the brown sugar, lemon juice, soy sauce, and butter in a medium saucepan.
Heat the sauce until dissolved and blended.

*Preheat the grill/pan. Grill the fillets once pan is hot remember to cook salmon on both sides. Baste the salmon with the sauce 2 to 3 times while cooking, cook the salmon until done to your liking (the flesh should flake easily and should have lost it's transparency).

*Serve on heated plates with lemon wedges and pass the remaining barbrcue basting sauce...**serves four**
